Concrete Jungle

I'm pretty sure that I have always been a city girl at heart. Don't get me wrong I like the rocky mountains and the endless skies of the west, but I love being surrounded by architecture.

Nathan Philip's Square

In front of the new City Hall.  A place that transforms for special events, like the skating rink during the winter, jazz festivals and much more.

...and sometimes you just find a bunch of tourists.

Living in a concrete jungle isn't as bad as one might expect. What was once a parking lot is now transformed into Toronto’s second urban beach at the water’s edge.

Boy-in-Fountain

Although the white sand and water fountains are a nice touch, the view and smells of Lake Ontario tends to always remind us where we are.
